Les Golden Hawks (Wilfrid Laurier team en violet et jaune) ont battu la capitale 5 à 2! Heureusement d'ailleurs, parce que le sport passif dans une patinoire, ça ne réchauffe pas des masses. Comme les pom pom girls ont raison de se réchauffer sous prétexte d'encourager l'équipe!

Some rules:

Equipment: a stick, a puck and a protecting equipment.

"Ice Hockey" shall be played on an ice surface called "a Rink".

A team must start a game with six payers on the ice including the goalkeeper. A team must not exceed 20 players.

Warm-up: during 20mn before the beginning of play.

The max time allowed for a game shall be three 20mn periods of actual play with a rest intermission between periods. In the intervals between periods, the ice surface shall be resurfaced.

Players may be changed at any time from the player's bench, provided that the player or players leaving the ice shall always be at the players' bench and out of the play before any change is made.

Body checking: A legal body check is one which a player checks an opponent who is in possession of the puck. Legitimate body checking must be done only with the trunk of the body and must be above the opponent's knees and below the neck. If body checking is unnecessarily rough, it must be penalized.
